How much lead time do I need to give?

Generally speaking 3 weeks but we often are able to fit in certain designs on short notice. Truth is, we appreciate as much notice as possible and if we cannot do what you envision we will be more than happy to see if we have any alternative for you.

Do I need to pay in advance?

Yes, prepayment is required for all orders with Fantasy Cakes.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We can gladly offer to reschedule your order for another date but we do not refund. For short notice changes we will try our best and find a date with you that works.

What Information do you need to quote me a price?

  1. date when you need your cake to check our availability
  2. the design you envision (from our gallery or a picture you sent)
  3. what cake flavor
  4. and what frosting / icing (Chocolate or Vanilla Buttercream or Cream Cheese buttercream icing)
  5. how many servings you need

Does Fantasy Cakes do Wedding Cakes?

Does Fantasy Cakes do Birthday Cakes and Sweet 16 designs?

Yes we certainly do! And not only that, we also do QUINCEAÑERA cakes and Anniversary cakes and so much more. Check our gallery for inspiration

Does Fantasy Cakes do Groom’s Cakes?

Does Fantasy Cakes do Quinceañera Cakes?

Again, yes we do! We unfortunately do not speak Spanish though. Check our gallery for inspiration.

Do I have to keep my cake in the fridge?

Our cakes need to stay cool. If your room is air conditioned below 72F you can keep the cake on the counter for a few hours or overnight. It stays moist and fresh for up to 3 days but colorful designs might bleed. Keep leftovers in an air tight container.

Can I get a quote online, by email or over the phone?

We gladly provide you a quote via email or over the phone. Our online pricing capability is limited since we need to consider art work and design wishes and so many other aspects for your final pricing quote. We certainly aim to turn around and quote you ASAP but sometimes the day just rushes by and we will need a little longer. If you need urgent feedback or need to keep a deadline please do mention that in your communication. The following information will be essential for us in order to quote you: What flavour, how many servings, what date, what design (a cake from the gallery or matching a picture?) and will you need delivery?
